Shoe Boxes – When Returning shoes please ensure your shoes are sent back in the same condition in which you received them. In the off chance the packaging is deemed to be marked or in an unsatisfactory condition for resale, there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Whilst we have procedures in place to ensure that your items arrive to you correctly and in pristine condition, we do accept that we’re human and errors can occur. In the case you do receive incorrect or faulty items, you will need to contact our Customer Care team. To allow us to investigate the issue, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your invoice as well as images of the items. Once this has been processed, we will contact you with instructions on potential solutions.
