Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

  • You can return any full priced items in their original condition within 10 days of the date you placed your order.
  • All goods must be sent back in an original, unworn and resalable state, including product tags, stickers, boxes etc.
  • If you return an item without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
  • We will not charge you a restocking, or processing fee to re-handle your order.
  • Items purchased on promotion or discount may not be exchanged or returned. Promotions are priced accordingly.

Change of style or size

  • We are able to exchange the Size/Style of the item (provided stock is available) or issue an Online Credit for the returned item.
  • Mark the item you are returning with detail with what you would like done. Please securely package the item and ship to :

Shoe Boxes – When Returning shoes please ensure your shoes are sent back in the same condition in which you received them. In the off chance the packaging is deemed to be marked or in an unsatisfactory condition for resale, there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Whilst we have procedures in place to ensure that your items arrive to you correctly and in pristine condition, we do accept that we’re human and errors can occur. In the case you do receive incorrect or faulty items, you will need to contact our Customer Care team. To allow us to investigate the issue, email orders@throwbackstore.com.au with a photo of your invoice as well as images of the items. Once this has been processed, we will contact you with instructions on potential solutions. 

Returning your online order to your nearest store

  • Any items purchased during a promotion may not be exchanged or returned.
  • You can choose to exchange full priced items or receive a store credit.
  • Online tax invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • All goods must be sent back in an original, unworn and resalable state, including product tags, stickers, boxes etc.
  • If you return an item without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return

    and you will be required to cover the cost of returning your item via your choice of shipping.
