Kyrie 7 - ‘Left Brain, Right Brain'

The 7th version of Kyrie's signature footwear range with Nike brings together familiar features as well as brand new ones. The Kyrie 7 draws on Irving's  spontaneity, creativity and expertise on the court. His active use of both sides of his brain - left for intuition and imagination, right being analytical and methodical. Nike spells this out for us in this colourway with the distinct split in design down the middle of the shoes plus the hand-drawn scribbles vs mathematical calculations across the back.

A lighter take from its predecessor with mesh details wrap around your foot to create a close, comfortable fit. The laces feed through molded fins that pull down over your forefoot when you lace up. The large forefoot Zoom Air unit is curved to bend in multiple directions. It provides energy return for responsive cornering. The 360-degree, computer-generated traction pattern helps you move in and out of cuts, recreating Kyrie's movement on the court. The rubber wraps up along the inner foot to give you traction when changing directions.

MEASURE YOUR FEET

Wear the type of socks you'll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.

STEP 1

Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

STEP 2

Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil, or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as right and left sizes may be different.

STEP 3

Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for each foot.
