‘Tropical Punch’ is the second release in Nike’s collaboration with Kool-Aid, and it doesn’t hold back.

A neon red toe sets the tone, inspired by the punchy flavour of the drink itself. That heat gradually fades into a vivid pink toward the heel, creating a smooth transition that mirrors Ja’s fluid style of play.

What really brings the story to life are the textures and references layered into the build. Along the mudguard and heel cup, subtle water-drop textures connect back to the refreshing spirit of Kool-Aid, while soft blue hits on the outsole evoke the look of a neighbourhood pool in the middle of summer. Combined with speckled midsole detailing and a dented wall graphic behind the Swoosh, every part of this shoe tells a story rooted in motion, nostalgia and impact.
