When will my Throwback order arrive?
Your Throwback orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10am – 5pm AEST (Sydney Time).
Occasionally during periods of high order volume, such as a promotion or holiday, shipment processing can exceed our general processing timeframe.
Australia Post Express Orders will be dispatched as priority.
Australia Post Standard Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery times for all orders once they are dispatched may vary as we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter unforeseen delays within the delivery network.
