Changing the Game Since 11.11.11

KD15 - 'Psychic Purple'

Size: 7

The latest in KD's signature series, Durant has cited the Nike Zoom Jet Flight as a touchstone for the KD15. Best known as the shoe Steve Nash (KD's current coach) wore, the shoe's low-cut features have been built-on and modernised for KD's game. This purple colourway is also referred to as the KD15 'Nightmares'.

The KD15 is stripped down to provide just what he wants: plenty of bounce, a secure fit and a broken-in feel. Less materials underfoot and throughout the upper help minimise distractions while optimising energy return and all-around comfort—vital for players like KD who never stop moving.

Features

  • Colour: Psychic Purple/Dark Marina Blue/Violet Psychadelique
  • The laces feed through floating wings along the sides. When you tighten the laces, the wings pull down to help hold your foot in place.
  • Full-length Cushlon foam plus a visible Air Zoom Strobel unit provide a dual layer of cushioning that's soft, smooth and responsive.
  • The Air Zoom Strobel eliminates the need for extra layers and brings the energy-returning sensation right up under your foot.Reduced layers throughout the upper strip away unnecessary weight to enhance the the feeling of broken-in comfort.
  • The outsole pattern looks like a topographical map, with an array of contoured ridges that bend and deflect in multiple directions to provide traction for every move. "EASY" is molded into the rubber in a nod to KD's effortless game.
Thin overlays help resist abrasion along the toe.
  • Molded KD logo
  • Product SKU/code: DC1975-500

MEASURE YOUR FEET

Wear the type of socks you'll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.

STEP 1

Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

STEP 2

Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil, or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as right and left sizes may be different.

STEP 3

Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for each foot.
